Another 'block' is ready for the Princess Bag I'm going to make for our Miss Bailey. This crown will be on the opposite side of the bag from the castle (last post) and will become a pocket for her princess treasures. This was another free paper pieced pattern from Paper Panache: jeweled crown pattern
I found a wonderful fabric to line the bag with (not recently, picked it up a few years ago when I knew I HAD to make Bailey a bag when she was old enough to enjoy it).
We are hoping that DH will get a call soon (this week? today?) letting him know he is hired. He is very ready to be back at work. Of course I will miss not having him around, especially on mornings like this when he offers to cook me breakfast. Oh yeah, a keeper all right!
♥ Sending hugs and prayers to Debbie as she is having round 4 of chemotherapy this week. What a trooper she has been through all of this.
♥ Martha is recovering from her cancer surgery.
♥ Morgan is feeling a bit better after another bout of illness.
♥ Terri will be having shoulder surgery in a few weeks.
♥ Mom is doing fine right now!
♥ So blessed.
