I love the idea of a Christmas tree decorated with ribbon that has the names of those I know who are in need/want of healing, of God's special touch, of comfort, of those I want to be sure to pray for. Each part of the tree would be a reminder to me...
The branches: the loving arms of God holding up each person, supporting them through the challenges they are facing.
The lights: the twinkling from God's eyes, shining lights of hope.
The ribbon: we're all connected to each other and to God.
Gold: how valuable each one is, even more precious than gold.
The star: It shows us the way to where life, healing, and hope can be found. It shows the way to Christ!

ReplyDeleteOh Barb, your tree is so nice, and I see my name and Thank you so much my Dear Friend. You and I have shared so much, and I do hope one day we get to meet in person. I just know we would have a great time together. Thank you Barb so much, knowing that you are always saying prayers for my health situation makes me smile so. I think it is why I am not getting worse. Been at the same place 40 percent for my lungs. God, is aware from your keeping him aware of me.
