Back to (almost) normal

Today I feel (almost) normal again. Enough so that after running a couple of errands in town I did a 'minor' rearrangement of my sewing room -- really mainly my sewing table, but to move it other things had to move too. I think it will give me better space to move around and not feel so enclosed.
Wish I could say the same for my computer.... although I don't think it is my computer as much as it is Google. Ever since their unintended early announcement last week and the drop in their stock, I've been having issues with gmail, google and my blog. Hmmmmmmmm? Trying to download pictures is pretty much an exercise in futility right now.

DH and I did get to see a few of the meteors as they 'showered' down Saturday night, before it clouded up too much. Fall temps have arrived and we have had our first frost of the year.  The gorgeous big tree across the road that was filled with beautiful orange leaves now stands all but bare. Our trees aren't bare yet, but they are working hard at it. Our ground is covered with leaves and hopefully they'll get "scooped" up before the snow falls.

This week is my sister's birthday. After we go to Bible Study on Wednesday we'll go out for lunch at Red Robin where both of us will get to enjoy free burgers for our birthdays. My kind of lunch. I should be able to stop in and see Mom too. Haven't seen her in over a week with the bug I had.
