Nope, not showing how big the fish was that she caught.... this is Miss Bailey showing Nana that she is 2, "one, two."
I can just see her mind whirling... wonder what she is thinking? LOL It was so good to get a few hours with her... along with her mom and dad. Also got to see all my other "kids" -- Love that!
My first stop, however, on my overnight trip, was getting together with my Aqua Nut girlfriends. We gathered at La Provence in Lake Oswego. Oh my.... do they ever have some delicious goodies! Silly me didn't take a picture of what I had, but they have an option of ordering a dessert trio. For my three I chose a Chocolate Mousse, an Opera Cake (luscious DARK chocolate and more) and a wonderful Lemon Tart. Ooh la la! We laughed and reminisced about our many many fun times together... at the pool and at the beach. Oh the fun times we've had over the years.
Here at home we're just waiting for the appraisal on the sale of Mom's house. Next weekend we move (can you sense the excitement? LOL). A new chapter is getting ready to start. It may be a short one as we're still waiting on a job. Seeking wisdom in that. Whether this is a short move or long term one, we know that we aren't alone in what is ahead for us. For that I am soooooooooooooo thankful.
