This week I did another re-do of a piece. The original was too densely painted and I just wasn't happy with it. I am so much more pleased with how this version turned out. It's the West Channel Lighthouse in Michigan.
I have also started on an Easter dress for our granddaughter. Had a bit of 'brain fog' as I was cutting it out yesterday, so had to make some adjustments. Oh well. She will never know. Then when I was sewing on it there was a part that just wasn't going together correctly. I tried it several times and then did it "my" way.... success! Hooray. I think the rest of it will go together much easier. I hope so as it is such a cute pattern and I'd like to think I would make more from it. We'll see.
