Stormy Night III

We are in the midst of our third thunder storm this week. This one seems to have started to the east of us and is moving this way. During the biggest one last Sunday our neighbors big tree did a lot of creaking and cracking. Yesterday and today the tree was felled, which is good as I think the wind in tonight's storm could have easily taken it down.

Updates:

Adam will be going back to work on Monday, after being off two weeks because of his knee. Thankfully it was just a badly sprained knee and bruised bones.

Jenna has completed this group of chemo treatments. Hopefully it will be a long time before more is needed.

My sister was in ER this morning with kidney stones. She's home again, on potent pain meds, until it passes.  No word yet on her liver biopsy.

This week has been a lot of good traffic on the house. Five more came through on  today's open house, one was for a second look. There has been several viewings this week, so hopefully it will mean an offer will soon be made.

Mom was talking to my brother last night, telling him I never go to see here. LOL  The mind of one with dementia and no short term memory is quite interesting. She only really knows what is in the moment, and sometimes even that is pushing it.  Her long term memory is there, but she is getting a lot of those mixed up and timelines all mixed up too. The blessing is that she doesn't have pain to deal with.

My thoughts and prayers are with:
Chris and Mitzann
Dot
Morgan
Cindy's daughter
Joyce
Dennis
